Her Private Dance

There she stands in the moonlit room.
She hears a soft melody playing from somewhere in the distance.
Her mind begans to release the memories of yesterday.
Her heart reaches for the hope that lives within today.
Her soul lifts toward the both dancing for the gift of tomorrow.

Her body begans to move slow.
Her arms posed ever so perfect as if catching wishes from above.
Her feet began to move with grace as if she is waltzing to freedom.
Her movements so pure and graceful, told her story of life and love is told.
With not a care in the world, she dances in the moonlit room.

The moon is fading.
The sun is rising.
Her mind is clearing.
Her body is tiring.
As night comes to the end she takes her bow and rises with the morning sun.

Great poem!! I especially like that it's not a heartbroken poem or just about love, it's about dancing (even though it may have something more to it). I like it :)
